The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is reminding anglers that unoccupied fish houses left on the ice this winter must be properly identified.
Enforcement chief Robert Timian said the owner's name and address or phone number must be displayed on the outside in letters or numbers at least 3 inches tall.
He said unoccupied fish houses that don't have proper identification can be removed by the department. The owner can get a citation and be billed for the cost of removal.
