Fargo police arrested a man early Saturday morning after witnesses say they caught him in the act of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.
18-year-old Welden Douglas Littleghost, of Sheyenne, North Dakota was arrested on charges of felony sexual assault.
Witnesses tell police Littleghost was at a gathering at a home on the 1800 block of 14th Street South in Fargo, when he was caught assaulting the girl.
Police say Littleghost is known to the girl.
