Police in Bemidji have arrested two men in connection with the theft of two semi-trailers from a Fargo OK Tire store early Wednesday. Fargo police say the Bemidji officers checked out a home based on a tip from the public. When they arrived, two men fled but were arrested a short time later. 27-year-old Paul A. Mix of Bemidji and 39-year-old Steven L Obrien of Cass Lake, Minnesota are in the Beltrami County jail. A majority of the stolen tires were recovered at the home.
