Horace man arrested for exposing himself

  A 45-year-old man from Horace, North Dakota, is in jail on charges of indecent exposure.

  Grand Forks Police responded to a call of a man exposing himself at the Cenex store on University Avenue and North Washington just after 10:30 this morning. They spotted and stopped the suspect vehicle across the street.

  A witness identified the man and made a citizen's arrest. Police took 45-year-old Steven Lewis into custody.
