County investigating flood-, fire-damaged home

Cass County Social Services is investigating the living conditions in a flood and fire-damaged home near Harwood. Captain Rick Majerus says deputies found mice and squirrels inside and sandbags still surrounding the house and broken windows. The family is still living in the home with three children, ages 4, 11 and 13.
