Teenage Burglar Shot

A teenager was shot as he allegedly tried to break into someone's home. 18-year-old Koal Shamp was treated for a gunshot wound to the hip.

Otter Tail County authorities say an Ottertail, Minnesota, homeowner shot through a window as Shamp tried to get into his home around midnight. The homeowner is not being charged with any crime.
