The North Dakota Highway Patrol made a major drug bust today on Interstate 94 near Mandan -- 110 pounds of high-grade marijuana. It was discovered during a traffic stop by the patrol's canine "Smoke." The pot was packed in heat-sealed bags in the utility boxes of a service-type truck.
Police arrested a 24-year-old California man and a 20-year-old from Wisconsin.
The patrol says the stash is worth well over $100,000 on the street.
