A rear-end crash in a construction zone on Interstate 29 resulted in two injuries Saturday morning. It happened shortly before 5am west of Wahpeton, North Dakota, when a car and van collided. Two people in the van were taken to Breckenridge Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The Richland County Sheriff's Office says the crash was in the northbound lanes, where traffic was reduced to one lane. Names have not been release. The driver of the car was arrested on drunk driving charges.
